ri:val users have direct access to the developers of ri:val by phone, Skype, or email to address any questions or problems in a quick and uncomplicated way. Technical and practical questions concerning valuation are part of this service. Users of ri:val have access to the valuation expertise of Avance.

The installation of ri:val comes along with an in-depth workshop to familiarize the users with ri:val. If customers wish, follow-up training can be arranged either on site or remotely.
